Customer Success Manager

Your mission
  • Customer Onboarding: Partner with our Professional Services team and onboard new customers through onsite and online training, creating interactive courses and driving change of behavior of humans at our customers and their service providers and suppliers. 
  • Value Creation: You build and maintain strong relationships with your customers, become their trusted advisor for best practices, maximize customer value creation, and you are their first contact point at Logward. 
  • Problem Solving: Partner with our Support and Engineering teams to minimize reaction and solving times of customer issues. Identify patterns and solve root causes together with our Product Development teams. Proactively monitor usage, health, and overall satisfaction. 
  • Long-term Planning: Collaborate with our Sales team and your customers to design, manage, and execute long-term rollout and growth plans. You own your book of business and develop strategies, milestones, and metrics for success including renewal, cross- and up-sell. 
  • Tell Stories with Data: You leverage our no-code technology and collaborate with our Data Scientist teams to analyze and interpret customer data, provide valuable insights through dashboards, and advise your customers where to act based on their data.
