Business Analyst

Your mission

• Understand customer project requirements by being involved in Statement of Work (SOW) workshops
• Understand data architecture along with integrated sources and establish data accessibility with regards to current tech set up
• Gather analytical & dashboard requirements along with list of deliverables from customer projects onboardings
• Come up with KPI designs & relevance for the Dashboards that can be offered/added to deliverables.
• Co-ordinate project timelines and deliverables between the analytics team and project team
• Collaborate with variety of stakeholders, including tech & commercial teams during customer onboarding and customer success journey
• Work on project deliverables by collaborating with data analysts
• Coordinate for UAT with project team, regarding all Dashboards & Reports which are part of the project
• Evolve with product team to be updated on implementation of analytics deliverables (Dashboards, Scripts, Configurations, Release Processes, etc)
• Propose ideas for product additions & improvements for Analytics, based on Onboarding retrospective
• Document project learnings, processes & deliverables for references

What we look for in a professional:

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience of being a Business Analyst (2-3 years)
• MS-Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MySQL, Tableau, NoSQL, Python (basics)
• Good communication, logical reasoning & product mindset needed
• Ability to understand and solve complex business, data and analytics problems
• Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required.
